Pay per click (PPC) adverts are the ones that appear when somebody searches the internet for a particular product or service. They are called 'pay per click' because you don't pay anything when the advert appears – only when somebody clicks on that advert to link to your website.
Once again, thank-you for a brilliant job. You never let me down! Debbie Gilard, Communications Manager, Quantum Care
PPC campaigns have become a crucial part of any care home's marketing activity, but it's important that you only pay for the most worthwhile clicks. Consider that every month there are over 650,000 Google searches for "care homes", but that when you narrow it down to "care home hertfordshire" that goes down to 1,300 searches, and "care home potters bar" is around 100. There are so many different options to choose from when it comes to search terms and "keywords", advert groupings and content, bidding levels (how much you're prepared to pay for each click) – to name but a few – that it can be quite a challenge to set up and maintain properly, and easy to waste money quickly.
Fortunately, Care Home Creatives has a wealth of experience and understanding to ensure that your PPC budget is spent wisely – so you don't need to be an expert! We'll take the time to understand your particular selling points (e.g. dementia care, facilities offered, catchment area etc) and focus your campaign on only the most relevant searches, whilst helping to weed out irrelevant clicks which you really don't want to pay for.
Guideline Prices*
Really this is up to you – the higher your budget, the more clicks you will purchase – but we would suggest that a budget in the region of £200-£300 a month (including set-up, management and clicks) would be a realistic starting point for a localised campaign.
* All guideline prices are exclusive of and subject to VAT (although many printed items are zero-rated for VAT), and are subject to receipt of final brief. Significant changes to the scope of the brief may incur additional charges, although it is our policy to always highlight any such charges before undertaking such work, so that our customers never receive any unexpected surprises when it comes to billing.
Prices do not include photography costs or the purchase of any royalty-free images which may be required.
