Your video might be a simple 'talking head' – with either an actor or yourself (we'd provide an autocue to make it easy) talking to camera about the service you offer, with key points and images appearing on screen in the background. Alternatively, it can be a tour around your home to highlight your facilities and perhaps show residents in an engaging environment.
What's more, search engines love videos – it's an excellent way to help to get visitors to your website, and keep them there.
